With a PhD in Law (2015) by the Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, Eva Costa a bachelor degree (1995) and master degree (2003) in Law by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She's a PhD student in Bioethic by the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto.
Lecturer from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, integrated researcher from Instituto Jurídico Portucalense, Eva Costa colaborates, as guest, with the Escola Superior de Saúde de Santa Maria and with the Escola Superior de Gestão do Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave.
Lawyer since the completion of the internship, in 1996, she was a Trainer of the Conselho Regional do Porto da Ordem dos Advogados and member of the National Evaluation Commission and the National Internship and Training Committee of the Bar Association. She is a member of the Arbitration Panel of the Administrative Arbitration Center (CAAD). Eva Costa is an External Expert for the European Commission, DG - Justice, in Human Rights matters.
She has participated in multiple scientific conferences and events and is the author of several research papers published in peer-reviewed journals, in scientific meeting proceedings and in books.
