Manager and ex-councilor of the Lisbon City Council (2013-2017), in which he was responsible for the areas of Information Systems, Public Works, Sports, Participation and Relations with the Municipality. 

He is a Master in Management and MBA and is specializing in Digital Entreprise Management.
